Section 1

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999dk ("999dk", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 999dk website at 999dk.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies referenced herein.

These Terms apply to all services provided by 999dk, including but not limited to: online casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, slots, live dealer tables, promotional bonuses, and all associated payment processing services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 999dk platform.

1.1 Amendments to Terms

999dk reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the 999dk platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. If you object to any modification, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 999dk support.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. All communications between 999dk and its players are conducted in English.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 999dk platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 999dk operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of 999dk is lawful in their location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of an employee of 999dk or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 999dk or any other gambling platform through a self-exclusion scheme that remains active.

2.1 Age Verification

999dk employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm the identity and age of all players before processing first withdrawals. Players may be asked to submit a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 999dk support may result in account suspension.

Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming services at 999dk, players must complete the registration process and create a single, verified account. The registration process requires players to provide accurate, current, and complete information including full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account at 999dk. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where 999dk identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts without notice;
• Void all bets placed from duplicate accounts;
• Forfeit all bonus funds and winnings derived from duplicate accounts;
• Permanently ban the player from registering a new account on 999dk.

3.2 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 999dk login credentials, including username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 999dk will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account that arises from the player's failure to secure their credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 999dk support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp.

3.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and any subsequent KYC process must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information to 999dk, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location, is grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities. Players must promptly update their account information if any details change.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

999dk processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 999dk does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.1 Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account status. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
• Deposits are credited to your 999dk wallet in real time in most cases. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside 999dk's direct control.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• 999dk does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is one to four hours for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering procedures.
• 999dk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000 in a single transaction.
• Withdrawal requests for accounts with active bonus balances may be subject to wagering completion requirements before release.

4.3 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. 999dk does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Players depositing via international cards (Visa, Mastercard) may be subject to currency conversion by their card issuer; 999dk is not responsible for exchange rate differences.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotion Terms

999dk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at 999dk are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Players who have previously held a 999dk account under any name or email address are not eligible for the welcome bonus on a new account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The welcome bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sports bets 100% (at odds of 1.50 or greater).
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Uncompleted bonus funds expire after this period.
• Maximum bet per spin or round when a bonus is active: ৳500. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 999dk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through misrepresentation, abuse of the bonus system, or in breach of these Terms will be voided without recourse.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms.
• Seasonal and event-based promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL/IPL tournament promotions) are subject to their own specific terms and availability windows.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 999dk platform, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms, and in accordance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999dk:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity, age, or payment information; impersonating another person; using stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live casino table games, or sports betting.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, circumvent game logic, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Money laundering: Using 999dk to deposit, layer, or withdraw proceeds of criminal activity. 999dk cooperates with relevant authorities and reports suspicious financial activity in line with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or mispriced odds on the platform. Any winnings derived from exploiting known errors may be voided by 999dk.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal on a 999dk deposit. Any account found to have initiated a fraudulent chargeback will be closed and the amount in dispute will be recovered from any outstanding balance.
• Harassment: Harassing, abusing, or threatening 999dk staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Third-party account use: Allowing another person to use your 999dk account, or using another person's account, for any purpose.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, permanent ban from the platform, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 999dk support via live chat or WhatsApp at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 999dk will process the closure within two business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their preferred withdrawal method after standard KYC verification.

7.2 Closure by 999dk

999dk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity;
• Identification of the player as being under 18 years of age;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements;
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months).

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 999dk will attempt to notify the player via their registered email address before applying an inactivity fee. An inactivity fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the remaining account balance after the inactivity period begins. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players can reactivate an inactive account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

Responsible Gaming

999dk is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. 8.1 Player-Controlled Limits

All 999dk players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that take effect immediately upon reduction.
• Loss limits: Caps on the maximum amount a player may lose in a given period.
• Session time reminders: Configurable alerts notifying you when your gaming session has reached a set duration.
• Self-exclusion: Temporary (30 days, 90 days, or six months) or permanent exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed within the chosen period.
